Immediately after graduating from Baylor University, Thomas Arvesen joined his father and brother at the family business, Edwin A. Arvesen & Associates, Inc. (EAA, Inc.), in 1986. The firm specialized in commercial and residential real estate appraisals throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding communities.
EAA, Inc.'s appraisal experience included mixed-use developments, raw land, apartments, office and industrial properties, 2–4 family dwellings, proposed construction, residential properties, and condominiums, including high-rise properties.
EAA, Inc. was recognized for its professional achievements, including MAI and SRA designations.
Brokerage and Appraisal Under One Roof
The Arvesen Group, LLC was formed in 2016, bringing Thomas Arvesen's real estate brokerage and residential appraisal experience together under one firm.
Over the years, Thomas has gained experience in real estate transactions involving retail shopping centers, raw land acquisitions, apartment buildings, hotels, 2–4 unit buildings, residential properties, and other real estate transactions.
His residential appraisal experience includes traditional homes, estate and lakefront properties, planned unit developments, new and proposed construction, rural acreage, condominiums, and high-rise properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding communities.
