Thomas Arvesen

Immediately after graduating from Baylor University, Thomas joined the family business — Edwin A. Arvesen & Associates, Inc. (EAA, Inc.) — in 1986, working alongside his father and brother. EAA, Inc. was a real estate appraisal business specializing in both commercial and residential properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding communities.

The firm's commercial appraisals included mixed-use developments, raw land, apartments, office buildings, and industrial properties. Its residential appraisals covered raw land, 2–4 family dwellings, proposed construction, condominiums including high-rise properties, and residential properties. EAA, Inc. was recognized for its professional achievements, including MAI and SRA designations.

The Arvesen Group, LLC was formed in 2016 and operates today as both a brokerage company specializing in commercial and residential real estate and a residential property appraisal company. Thomas gained valuable experience over the years working with other real estate brokers to facilitate transactions involving retail shopping centers, raw land acquisitions, apartment buildings, hotels, management agreements, 2–4 unit buildings, residential properties, and other real estate transactions.

His residential appraisal work covers properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding communities, including residential homes, estate properties, lakefront homes, planned unit developments, new and proposed residential construction, rural properties on acreage, condominiums, high-rise properties, and other residential property types.
